based production company in international film production, Network and Cable
television movies, and legitimate Theatre.
For the firm's production arm, Lowe is actively involved in acquisitions, development, packaging, financing and distribution of properties. As a recognized producer who brings a unique blend of leadership and artistic insight, she oversees all production matters, working with the industry's most qualified and talented personnel.

one of Hollywood's most influential talent agencies, Lowe began her
career as a professional actor, studying at the American Academy, with
Stella Adler and is a lifetime member of The Actors Studio.
ON THE PRODUCTION CHARTS: Heather is currently directing and producing a series of documentaries focusing on the Civil Rights Era in cooperation of "THE SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER". The current filming includes16 hours of interviews with the heroic leaders and individuals of the Civil Rights Movement.

In 2009, OXFORD GROUP PRODUCTIONS is proud to announce the German - U.S. Co-Production agreement with Atossa film and film director, Vadim Glowna, winner of the Golden Camera at the Cannes Film Festival for, "CHE` IS ALIVE".
OXFORD GROUP PRODUCTIONS is proud in 2008 to announce its association with Carole Gallagher in the much anticipated documentary regarding thec consequence of eminent domain inside Indian Territory and its impact within the Native American community.
A new television series profiling Detective Tom Lange successful law enforcement career in Los Angeles on high profiled cases has recently joined forces with Lowe on, "OUT FOR JUSTICE".
As a theatrical producer, Lowe has produced numerous well-received national shows. The distinguished production of “DOWN WINDER DANCE" starring Sara Gilbert, entails the 1950’s Atom Bomb testing in Utah and its effect on the farmers and livestock living down wind of the nuclear blasts. Eventually the United States government accepted partial responsibility for the terrible aftermath, however, most of the victims with cases against the government are now deceased
.
