Heather Lowe, President of OXFORD GROUP PRODUCTIONS is a Los Angeles based production company in international film production, Network and Cable television movies, and legitimate Theatre.  

For the firm's production arm, Lowe is actively involved in acquisitions, development, packaging, financing, and distribution of properties. As a recognized producer who brings a unique blend of leadership and artistic insight, she oversees all production matters, working with the industry's most qualified and talented personnel. 

Represented by ICM, one of Hollywood's most influential talent agencies, Lowe began her career as a professional actor, studying at the American Academy, with Stella Adler and is a lifetime member of The Actors Studio.  

ON THE PRODUCTION CHARTS:  Heather is currently filming, directing and producing a series of documentaries focusing on the Civil Rights Era with over 25 hours of interviews with witnesses to this extraordinary period in American history.

In 2010, OXFORD GROUP PRODUCTIONS is collaborating with world-renowned author David Reynolds on his latest work , with the publication of the  book and release of the film in 2011.

OXFORD GROUP PRODUCTIONS is proud to announce the  German - U.S. Co-Production agreement  with Atossa film and film director, Vadim  Glowna, winner of the Golden Camera at the Cannes Film Festival for feature film, "CHE` IS ALIVE".

A new television series profiling Detective Tom Lange successful law enforcement career in Los Angeles on high profiled cases has recently joined forces with Lowe on, "OUT FOR JUSTICE".

As a theatrical producer, Lowe has produced numerous well-received national shows. The distinguished production of “DOWN WINDER DANCE" starring Sara Gilbert, entails the 1950’s Atom Bomb testing in Utah and its effect on the farmers and livestock living down wind of the nuclear blasts. Eventually the United States government accepted partial responsibility for the terrible aftermath, however, most of the victims with cases against the government are now deceased. Lowe produced the highly acclaimed film , “THE AVENGING ANGEL” starring Tom Berrenger, Charlton Heston and James Coburn, for Turner Pictures with worldwide release. Further collaboration will be explored with the formation of Mr. Turner’s new production company.
